Benha University Participates in the “Akhbar Al‑Youm” Educational Fair 2026

Under the auspices of prof. Nasser El‑Gizawy, President of Benha University, the university took part in the tenth edition of the “Akhbar Al‑Youm” Educational Fair, held under the theme “Opportunities Without Limits.” The event was organized by Akhbar Al‑Youm Institution with the participation of 75 universities and institutes—governmental, private, national, and technological—at the SMEs Development Authority Hall, Egyptian General Authority for Exhibitions, Nasr City. It was held under the auspices of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The opening ceremony was attended by journalist Islam Afifi, Chairman of Akhbar Al‑Youm, along with several university presidents, and witnessed strong demand from secondary school students and parents eager to explore educational opportunities and diverse academic programs.
Prof. Nasser El‑Gizawy emphasized that the Akhbar Al‑Youm Educational Fair is one of Egypt's most significant educational forums, providing a platform that brings together universities and educational institutions in one place. This enables students to compare study programs and disciplines, and to choose the academic path that best matches their abilities and aspirations.
He explained that Benha University's pavilion showcases its distinguished faculties and academic programs, introduces students to admission requirements and study systems, and responds to all inquiries. He added that the university is keen to participate annually in the fair as part of its role in direct engagement with students and parents, presenting educational programs and academic services aligned with labor market needs. He affirmed that the fair represents an important opportunity to raise awareness of the educational options available to students.
