Benha University Organizes Specialized Workshops to Prepare Faculties and Administrative Staff for ISO Certification

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the Administrative Quality Systems Unit organized specialized awareness workshops aimed at preparing staff in the Faculties of Agriculture, Commerce, and Engineering (Benha) to obtain two international standards: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety).
The sessions were delivered by Dr. Abdelkader Abdelkarim, General Coordinator of the University's Quality Systems Unit, with the participation of unit members. The workshops addressed mechanisms for implementing international quality standards and strategies for enhancing administrative performance.
The events witnessed strong engagement from administrative staff, particularly in discussions on workplace safety, risk identification, and evaluation—ensuring a safe environment aligned with global standards.
The program will continue until Thursday, 20 August 2026, focusing on training internal auditors. It will conclude with evaluation tests to select the most qualified participants to carry out auditing and internal review processes across the university.
