President of Benha University Chairs the Supreme Committee for Trainer Accreditation at the National Center for Training and Leadership Development

Under the auspices of prof. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and prof. Mostafa Refaat, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities, prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, chaired the proceedings of the Supreme Committee for Trainer Accreditation at the National Center for Training and Leadership Development, affiliated with the Supreme Council of Universities. This comes within the Ministry's efforts to advance the training system, enhance human capacity development, and complete the accreditation of a new cohort of trainers in line with approved professional and academic standards.
Prof. El-Gizawy emphasized that the committee's work aims to strengthen the quality of training processes and raise the efficiency of trainers, thereby preparing qualified cadres capable of meeting institutional development requirements and applying best modern practices in training and capacity building. He noted that accreditation is conducted through precise mechanisms and standards that ensure the selection of the most competent and distinguished candidates, positively impacting the quality of training programs offered across universities and educational institutions, while supporting institutional performance development and the achievement of sustainable development goals.
Committee participants affirmed that the continuation of its work represents a key pillar in enhancing the quality of the training system and preparing cadres capable of transferring knowledge and expertise according to the latest professional standards, thereby contributing to the ongoing modernization of Egypt's higher education institutions.
Dr. Omar Salem, Director of the Electronic and Knowledge Services Center at the Supreme Council of Universities, assumed the role of Committee Secretary, while the technical secretariat included Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director-General of Technical Affairs for the Councils, and Mona Nazmy, Office Director of the Electronic and Knowledge Services Center.
On the sidelines of the committee's work, Dr. Mohamed Attia El-Bayoumi, former Vice President of Mansoura University for Education and Student Affairs, was honored in recognition of his efforts and contributions during his tenure as a committee member.
