Benha University President Inspects Permanent Student Camp Project in Sidi Abdel Rahman and Announces Start of Student Housing Construction

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, inspected the ongoing project to establish the university's permanent student camp in the Sidi Abdel Rahman area of Marsa Matrouh Governorate. The visit reflects the university's commitment to expanding service and development projects that provide a comprehensive environment for student activities and training.
During the tour, Prof. El-Gizawy assessed progress on-site, examined the master plan, and followed up on the various phases of work. He emphasized the importance of adhering to the set timelines and completing the project according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency, in line with the university's goal of delivering distinguished services to its students.
The President also announced the commencement of construction for the student housing facility, a key component of the permanent camp. This building will provide suitable accommodation for students participating in activities, camps, and training programs, thereby supporting student life and enhancing youth skills and capabilities.
Prof. El-Gizawy explained that the permanent camp project in Sidi Abdel Rahman is considered strategic for the university, given the area's unique natural and touristic features. He noted that the project will offer an integrated educational, training, and recreational environment for students, while also hosting youth events, forums, and diverse student activities.
He stressed the need for continuous monitoring of the work and overcoming any obstacles to ensure swift completion and maximum benefit from the project. He affirmed that the university continues to implement its development plans aimed at supporting education and student activities in line with Egypt's vision for sustainable development.
At the conclusion of the tour, prof. El-Gizawy expressed his appreciation for the efforts of those overseeing the project. He underscored the university's strong commitment to upgrading infrastructure and student services, highlighting that such investments will positively impact campus life and help prepare a generation capable of actively contributing to building the New Republic.
