Benha University President Attends Closing Ceremony of Training Program at the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, together with Major General Mohamed Mahmoud Awad, Director of the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies; Major General Osama Abdel Hafiz, Deputy Director of the Academy; and Major General Tamer Hosny, Director of the National Defense College, attended the closing session of the training program dedicated to Benha University members. The program was held within the framework of the cooperation protocol between the university and the academy, with the participation of a number of university staff.
The program reflects Benha University's commitment to developing the capabilities of its members, enhancing their professional and administrative skills, and broadening their knowledge in modern strategic fields—contributing to improved institutional performance and supporting development efforts.
Prof. El-Gizawy emphasized that the program is part of the university's focus on investing in human capital as the cornerstone of institutional development and excellence. He noted that the fruitful cooperation with the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies helps prepare qualified cadres capable of meeting evolving challenges and supporting the university's modernization and development plans.
He explained that the program covered several specialized areas, including modern technology and digital transformation, concepts of national security, decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as leadership and strategic management. These were delivered by a distinguished group of experts and specialists at the academy, enriching participants' knowledge and enhancing their practical and applied skills.
Participants praised the scientific and training content of the program, affirming that it provided them with exposure to the latest scientific methods in management, planning, and decision-making. At the conclusion of the program, certificates of completion were awarded to the trainees, amid recognition of the constructive cooperation between Benha University and the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies.
