Benha University President Inspects Student Affairs Administration to Monitor Workflow and Electronic Transfers

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, conducted an inspection tour of the General Administration for Student Affairs to follow up on workflow and the progress of electronic student transfers for the academic year 2026/2027, which began earlier this month. The visit reflects the university's commitment to streamlining procedures and delivering student services efficiently and promptly.
The tour was attended by prof. Gehan Abdel Hady, Vice President of the University, and Ms. Iman Kamel, Director General of Education and Student Affairs.
During the visit, prof. El-Gizawy reviewed the workflow within the administration, checked the rate of processing student requests, and monitored the functioning of the electronic transfer system operated through the university's dedicated platform. He emphasized the importance of providing full support to students, ensuring swift completion of procedures, and facilitating the admission of new and transfer students, in line with preparations for the upcoming academic year.
It is noteworthy that Benha University has announced the opening of electronic transfer applications for students wishing to join its faculties for the 2026/2027 academic year, starting Sunday, August 9, 2026, and continuing until Thursday, October 15, 2026.
The transfer categories include: transfers between faculties, enrollment transfers, re-enrollment, holders of higher qualifications, and applications for special credit-hour programs with tuition fees.
