Benha University Leadership Committee Interviews Candidates for Senior Positions

The Leadership Selection Committee at Benha University held meetings to conduct interviews with staff members applying for senior positions at the university. These included the renewal of appointments for: Secretary-General of the University, Secretary of the Faculty of Commerce, Director-General of Public Relations and Media, and Director-General of University Housing and Nutrition.
The committee, chaired by Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of the University, listened to the candidates' proposals and ideas regarding their management approaches, visions for development, efficiency in completing tasks, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Prof. El-Gizawy emphasized that the selection of candidates for leadership positions is carried out by the committee formed to evaluate applicants according to the required standards, ensuring the appointment of the most competent and suitable individuals to lead the university's sectors.
The Leadership Selection Committee was chaired by prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, with membership including Prof. Gehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Dr. Sohair Shaarawy, former Vice President of the University and Emeritus Professor at the Faculty of Commerce; and Dr. Ashraf Shams El-Din, former Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law at Benha.
The committee also included external members: Dr. Amr Mostafa, former Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Cairo University; Dr. Haitham Hamza, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Cairo University; and Dr. Hany Mahmoud, Emeritus Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University.
