Benha University Concludes Workshops to Qualify Faculties and Administrative Staff for International ISO Certifications

Under the auspices of prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the university today concluded awareness workshops organized by the Administrative Quality Systems Unit. The workshops aimed to train and qualify staff members from the Faculties of Agriculture, Commerce, and Engineering (Benha) to obtain two international standards: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).
The sessions were delivered by Dr. Abdel Qader Abdel Karim, General Coordinator of Administrative Quality at the university.
The final day's workshops focused on mechanisms and procedures for internal auditing, as well as reviewing protocols for visits by the certification body. The training prepared and qualified candidates to obtain the “Internal Auditor” license, enabling them to lead audit processes professionally and in compliance with international standards.
The workshops witnessed strong engagement and fruitful discussions from administrative staff, reflecting the university's commitment to enhancing human capacity and advancing administrative performance.
The program concluded with a comprehensive evaluation test to measure training outcomes and assess the readiness and competence of candidates to carry out internal audits effectively in the coming period.
