Benha University celebrated the graduation of a new class of students from the Faculty of Engineering (Benha) and the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence. The ceremony was held under the auspices of prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of the University, and attended by prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, along with Dr. Zeinab Faisal, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering.
The event was also attended by Dr. Mohamed Abdel Fattah, Vice Dean of Computers and AI for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Mohamed Taha, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Dr. Iman Mounir, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Ms. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary-General of the University for Community Service and Environment; and Dr. Ahmed Naguib, Deputy General Supervisor of the Leadership Development Center.
In his speech, prof. Taha Ashour congratulated the graduates, wishing them success in their academic and professional journeys. He emphasized that the Faculties of Engineering and Computers & AI are pillars in preparing graduates equipped with applied knowledge, practical skills, and innovative capacity—aligned with the rapid advancements in technology, engineering, and artificial intelligence, as well as the evolving needs of the labor market.
He further highlighted that graduating such cohorts reflects Benha University's ongoing role in serving society and contributing to sustainable development goals, by preparing graduates capable of applying their knowledge to address community challenges and support national development plans.
Dr. Ashour also stressed the importance of strengthening partnerships between the university and community institutions, ensuring that educational outcomes are closely linked to real societal needs. He extended appreciation to faculty members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff for their continuous efforts in supporting students and fostering an environment conducive to both academic and practical growth.
He urged graduates to continue learning, developing modern skills, and upholding the values and knowledge they acquired during their studies, serving as proud ambassadors of Benha University and its faculties.
