Benha University President Attended the 4th Sports Festival for Delta and Greater Cairo Universities

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, attended the events of the 4th Sports Festival for Delta and Greater Cairo universities. The festival is organized by the university's General Administration of Youth Welfare and is being held at the Benha University sports campus in Kafr Saad, with the participation of 12 Egyptian universities.
The event was attended by:
• Prof. Gehan Abdelhady, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research
• Prof. Hany Zakaria, General Supervisor of Sports Facilities
• Mr. Ibrahim Abdullah, Director General of Youth Welfare at the university
• Representatives of the participating teams.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy emphasized that Benha University places great importance on student and sports activities as a key pillar in building the character of university students. He noted that the festival aims to develop students' skills, foster a spirit of fair competition, and instill the values of cooperation, communication, and teamwork among university youth.
Prof. El-Gizawy added that supporting student talent in various fields, especially sports, is part of the university's commitment to providing an integrated environment that helps students discover their potential and develop their skills. This contributes to preparing a generation capable of taking responsibility and participating positively in society.
Prof. Gehan Abdelhady expressed her appreciation for the efforts made in organizing the festival, extending her greetings to the organizers and all participating universities and students. She highlighted the importance of sports activities in enhancing communication and the exchange of experiences among university students.
She pointed out that this year's festival features the participation of 12 universities:

The festival included a variety of sports competitions and activities held in an atmosphere of enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and fair competition, which helps strengthen relationships between Egyptian university students and supports the discovery and refinement of athletic talent.
