Intensive Workshop for Faculty Coordinators at Benha University on the University Book Platform and Electronic Courses

As part of Benha University's commitment to developing the digital transformation system and enhancing e-learning services, and under the auspices of:
• Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University;
• Prof. Gehan Abdelhady, Vice President
• Prof. Ahmed Taha Abdel Fattah, Executive Director of Information,
E-Learning Center organized an intensive workshop for faculty coordinators, attended by Prof. Ihab Saad Mohamady, Director of the E-Learning Center.
The workshop aimed to train participants on the electronic courses system and the electronic university book, introducing the latest developments and new services added to the platform, which contribute to improving user experience and supporting the e-learning system at the university.
The workshop included an overview of the developments made on the platform, including free services and courses, online lectures with a payment system (intellectual property rights), interactive books, and detailed training on how to provide support to students within the system, including the ability to add and remove support and monitor support reports directly through the system.
The workshop covered training on the complaints system and problem-solving, allowing for the automated submission and tracking of replacement and refund requests and technical issues through a designated portal for raising complaints and opening tickets. This ensures a swift response to problems and the implementation of requests within the permitted terms and authorities.
A survey was conducted among the participating faculty members and coordinators regarding the current performance of the platform and their suggestions for developing the electronic book platform based on their experiences and real interactions with the platform.
