The Faculty Engineering in Shoubra Celebrated  the Graduation of Over 400 Trainees from Cisco and Huawei Academy Programs

The Faculty of Engineering at Shubra, Benha University, celebrated the graduation of more than 400 students who successfully completed a number of specialized training programs in technology, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and Cybersecurity. This event is part of the cooperation between Benha University and the Cisco and Huawei Academies.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, emphasized that the university places great importance on preparing its students and graduates for the demands of the labor market by expanding specialized training programs and enhancing partnerships with global institutions and companies in the fields of technology, telecommunications, and digital transformation.
Prof. El-Gizawy noted that Benha University is working to provide a comprehensive educational environment that combines academic knowledge with practical training, contributing to the development of young talents capable of keeping pace with the rapid advancements in technology and artificial intelligence, and competing in the local and international job markets. Prof. Mohamed Said, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Shubra, confirmed the college's commitment to providing exceptional training opportunities for students, helping them acquire the necessary practical and technological skills. He explained that preparing engineers now requires not only academic knowledge but also practical skills and technological capabilities that align with labor market needs.
The Dean added that the collaboration with Cisco and Huawei Academies represents an important model of integration between university education and specialized training, facilitating advanced training programs for students in various modern technological fields.
The Huawei Academy training programs included several specializations, such as:
• Cloud Computing,
• AI and Big Data,
• 5G Technologies,
under the management of Prof. Hala Abdelkader.
The Cisco Academy programs included specialized courses in :
• Networking,
• Cybersecurity,
• programming,
• artificial intelligence,
• CCNA Introduction,
• CCNA Routing and Switching,
• CCNA Cybersecurity,
• Python Essentials,
• Machine Learning,
managed by Dr. Adly Tag El-Din.
The graduating class included students from various universities and educational institutions, reflecting Benha University's commitment to expanding the scope of its training programs and providing skill development opportunities for as many young people as possible.
