Vice President of Benha University for Community Service and Environmental Development opened Leadership and Influence Course

Prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President of Benha University for Community Service and Environmental Development, inaugurated the activities of the "Leadership and Influence" course, organized by the Center for the Development of Faculty Members' and Leaders' Capabilities at the university for its faculty members.
This event was attended by :
• Prof. Naglaa Fekry, Executive Director of the Center for the Development of Faculty Members' and Leaders' Capabilities,
• Faculty members from the university.
The Vice President delivered a lecture on leadership and influence, emphasizing that leadership is no longer tied to a position or an official title; rather, it is a behavior, an initiative, and a responsibility. He pointed out that a true leader is one who possesses vision and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities, and who has the courage to make decisions that serve the public good.
Prof. Taha Ashour added that influence is the true essence of leadership. Leadership is not measured by the authority we hold over others but by the positive impact we leave on their hearts and in our communities. He stressed that influence means inspiring your colleagues and supporting those around you to bring out their best, and being an active element in developing your academic and social environment.
Prof. Naglaa Fekry stated that the training course includes about 20 trainees from the faculty members and will continue for three days, aiming to equip participants with knowledge and skills related to leadership and university management skills.
