Benha University Organizes a Youth Event to Introduce European and International Opportunities

Under the auspices of Prof. Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof.Gehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and in cooperation with EU Jeel Connect Egypt – EU MedBridge, Benha University is organizing a youth event titled:
“Empowering a Generation Ready for International Mobility”
The event targets Benha University students by introducing the European and international opportunities available to young people and supporting their readiness to participate in exchange and international mobility programs, scholarships, training, and volunteering, in addition to developing their skills.
It includes an introduction to scholarships, mobility, training, volunteering, and youth programs, as well as the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme for students and youth and how to apply for them. The event also addresses the skills, mindset, and digital tools that help young people compete in international programmes and the job market, along with an overview of the types of scholarships, methods for searching them, and how to prepare and apply.
Furthermore, the event features inspiring stories and experiences of young people who have successfully secured international grants and opportunities, as well as interactive activities and games, and the chance for participants to ask their questions directly to the speakers and young graduates with international experience.
Held under the slogan “Connecting Youth with Global Opportunities,” the event enables young people to learn where to find international opportunities, how to apply for them, and how to prepare from now to benefit from their upcoming international chances.
The event will take place on Monday, 21 September 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Grand Celebration Hall in the Faculties Complex at Benha University. It targets Benha University students from all faculties and members of the university's student clubs and activities, and will be conducted in Arabic.
