President of Benha University Inspected New Facilities in Kafr Saad

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, conducted an extensive inspection tour of several new facilities and projects at the Kafr Saad complex to monitor the execution rates and progress, as well as to review the latest developments in construction work.
Accompanying the university president during the tour were:
• Prof. Gehan Abdel-Hady, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research,
• Prof. Mohamed Said, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Shubra and the engineering advisor to the president,
• Prof. Marwa Ragab, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing,
• Prof. Magdy El-Shahat, Dean of the Faculty of Education,
• Prof. Mohamed Hamza, Dean of the Faculty of Law,
• Prof. Mohamed Nabhan, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Science,
• Prof. Walid Talaat, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy,
• Prof. Al-Mo'taz Billah Gamal El-Din, General Consultant for the Outpatient Clinics and Specialized Medical Centers project,
• Engineers from the university's engineering administration.
The tour included inspecting maintenance and renovations of the university's walls and gates overlooking the Tewfik Canal, in addition to monitoring the construction of a new parking garage within the university, which includes an administrative building, a laundry facility, and car storage.
The president also inspected the construction of the new lecture hall building at Kafr Saad, followed up on the pouring of the second upper floor, and reviewed the progress of the project. Additionally, he checked the construction of the mosque at the Faculty of Education and the final finishing work, preparing for its opening in the near future.
The tour also included monitoring the landscaping and the side stairway of the administrative building for the Faculty of Education, designed to facilitate movement for students with disabilities, as well as inspecting ongoing construction works in the workshops of the Faculties of Applied Arts and Specific Education.
Moreover, the president followed up on the completion of the foundation piles and preparation for the reinforced slab work at the outpatient clinic building in Kafr Saad, along with the development work inside the administrative building of the Faculty of Law and the pouring of the ground floor at the Faculties of Applied Arts and Specific Education.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy affirmed that the tour is part of the ongoing field monitoring of the university's projects to assess execution rates and progress, as well as to follow up on developments in construction and finishing works across various projects.
The university president praised the execution rates and the efforts made, directing the need to continue working according to the specified timelines and to expedite the completion of necessary works and preparations for the facilities in accordance with approved specifications and requirements, while fully adhering to safety and occupational health standards.
