Benha University Participated in the Conference "National Identity: Deep Roots and Renewed Vision" in Alexandria

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the university participated in the activities of the national conference "National Identity: Deep Roots and Renewed Vision," hosted by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina from September 21 to 23.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy emphasized that the university's participation is part of its commitment to enhancing national and cultural awareness among students and its eagerness to provide them with opportunities to engage in events and conferences that discuss national and societal issues.
Prof. El-Gizawy pointed out Benha University's dedication to supporting student, cultural, and awareness activities, considering them crucial in building the university student's personality, developing their intellectual and social capabilities, and promoting values of belonging, responsibility, and positive participation in society, alongside their academic role within the university.
The conference addressed several issues related to Egyptian national identity and ways to preserve its components in light of contemporary changes, as well as discussing the role of educational, cultural, and media institutions in enhancing awareness of identity and belonging among new generations.
