Benha University Leadership Committee interviewed Applicants for Leadership Positions

The Leadership Selection Committee at Benha University held meetings to conduct interviews with staff for the renewal of leadership positions at the university, including the positions of :
• General Director of Special Funds and Units
• General Director of the General Administration for Education and Student Affairs.
The committee, chaired by Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of the University, listened to the proposals and ideas of the applicants for these positions, their management strategies for the sectors they applied for, their visions for development, their ability to expedite work, and their decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy emphasized that the selection of candidates for leadership positions is conducted by the committee formed to evaluate applicants based on the necessary criteria to choose the most qualified and suitable individuals for leadership roles at the university.
Leadership Selection Committee at Benha University held its meetings under the chairmanship of :
• Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy,
• Prof. Gehan Abdel Hady, Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research,
• Prof. Sohair Shaarawy, former Vice President of the University and Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Commerce,
• Prof. Ashraf Shams El-Din, former Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law in Benha.
The committee also included external members:
• Prof. Amr Mustafa, former Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Cairo University,
• Prof. Haitham Hamza, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Cairo University,
• Prof. Hany Mahmoud, Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Cairo University.
