During His Inspection of the Faculties of Nursing and Education: President of Banha University: Our Mission Is to Build the Human Being, Strengthen National Identity, and Instill Authentic Values

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Banha University, conducted an extensive inspection tour of the Faculties of Nursing and Education to follow up on the regularity of the educational process and to check on students' attendance and the regularity of lectures inside the classrooms.
The university president was accompanied during the tour by Prof. Marwa Ragheb, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing; Prof. Magdy El-Shahat, Dean of the Faculty of Education; the vice deans of both faculties; and a number of faculty members.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy affirmed that the professions of teaching and nursing are not merely jobs, but rather two lofty humanitarian missions, noting that the teacher and the nurse represent two fundamental pillars in building a strong society capable of facing the challenges of the future.
El-Gizawy clarified that students of the Faculty of Education will be responsible for building minds and shaping the awareness of future generations, as they are the makers of the future, while students of the Faculty of Nursing represent the first line of defense for human health and safety, given the essential role they play in caring for patients and providing them with health and humanitarian support.
The university president added that the true academic community inside the classrooms and the university campus represents the fundamental environment for building awareness and acquiring knowledge, affirming that direct interaction between the student and his professor, as well as among the students themselves, remains one of the most important and deepest means of learning and character building, compared to the information circulated via social media, which may at times lack accuracy and credibility.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy pointed out that Banha University is keen to strengthen national identity and instill authentic values among its students, affirming that the university's mission is not limited to delivering academic curricula and awarding certificates, but extends to building the student's character in an integrated manner.
El-Gizawy said: “Our supreme goal is not merely to provide you with certificates and curricula, but rather to shape the student's conscience and build his integrated personality—a conscious personality that is attached to its roots and values, and capable of bearing responsibility, giving, and serving society.”
The President of Banha University affirmed the university's keenness to provide a healthy, fair, and disciplined educational environment for all students, despite various challenges, noting that all regulations governing the educational process within the university are officially approved by the Supreme Council of Universities and represent binding rules for everyone without exception.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy directed a message to the students, clarifying that these regulations were put in place to protect their rights, define their duties, and organize their academic path with full transparency, affirming that adherence to them represents one of the most important steps toward excellence, and also contributes to training students to respect the rules and systems that they will need to adhere to during their professional and future lives.
