Shams: Students have the Right to Practice the Activities inside the University without Constraints

During the artistic party of Merve Initiative; Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University confirmed that the University pays great attention to the student activities especially student initiatives.
He added that the student must participate in the plans of Youth Care and it budget confirming that students have the right to practices their activities without constraints.
