Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Ein-Shams University asserts that the new administrative capital was built to be an entrepreneurship center at east Cairo. This entrepreneurship center includes buildings, organizations, schools, hospitals, scientific centers, exhibitions, conferences halls, malls, Opera and culture center.
