Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students’ Affairs; Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Rajeh, the General Coordinator of Student Activities; and Mrs. Sohair Eliwa, the General Manager of the General Department of Youth Care held a meeting with the vice-deans of education and students’ affairs and the managers of youth care to prepare for elections of student unions for the academic year 2012/2013 which will be held on Wednesday, 20/02/2013.

In cooperation with Banque Misr Foundation for Community Development and Welfare in addition to Qalyoubia Governorate and the Faculty of Agriculture – Benha University; the Project of Rabbits and Fodder Delivery for Breeders has been opened by Prof. Dr. Adel Zayed, the Governor of Qalyoubia – Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of the University – Mrs. Heba Hussein, from Banque Misr Foundation.
The opening of the Project has been attended by Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development – Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students’ Affairs – Prof. Dr. Maher Hassab El Naby, the Dean of the Faculty.
Dr. Mahmoud Iraqi, the professor of Poultry Breeding and the Manager of the Project confirmed that the Faculty seeks to activate the system of improving the animal and agricultural production pointing out that the Project aims to raise the living standards of the Egyptian village.

The Council of Open Learning has been held on Sunday, 10/02/2013 under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din – the President of Benha University and in the presence of the Council’s members. The Council has been attended by Prof. Dr. Soliman Mohamed Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students’ Affairs and Prof. Dr. Salama Abdel Aziem, the Manager of Open Learning. The Council has decided to close the door for applying to faculties from 07/02/2013. The Council also has decided to announce for the results of interviews on Sunday, 17/02/2013.
