The university council approves that there is a cooperation protocol between Benha University and Rennes University. Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law at Benha University signs the protocol with Prof. Dr. Julian budu, the dean of the faculty of law at the University of Rennes during his visit to France. The protocol sets forth that curriculums should be classified into two parts: the parts that will be taught using the French language and the parts that will be taught using Arabic language. Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law indicates that this protocol will be put into action in Mars, 2017 when the president of the University of Rennes meets the president of the University of Benha to initiate the academic year 2017/2018.

Prof. Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president attends the inauguration of the first scientific forum at the faculty of physical education. The inauguration was attended by prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of community service and environment development, prof. Dr. Hesham Abu- El- Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research, prof. Dr. Ezat EL-khait, the head of staff members club at the university and several students and professors. Prof. Dr. Ghada Amer, the professor of electro-engineering speaks about the innovation and creativity of the youth urging the students at the faculty should enhance their innovative abilities and create a suitable environment for inventors and creators in all fields. The university president asserts that innovation is important and students have to create new jobs by setting up small companies that provide services to the community. At the end of the forum, the university president honors the winners who achieve sport accomplishments around the world.

In the frame of cooperation between the Academy of scientific research and technology and Benha University and the state's endeavor to develop the scientific research in Egypt in addition to enhancing the policies of science and technology, the Academy of scientific research and technology forms the committee of the Egyptian science, technology and innovation observatory officials. Benha University congratulates Prof.Dr. Muhammad Ghanem on being the head of the third session of accreditation, quality management and research. This promotion is in the frame of 8th international conference of the Arab organization of quality management in education which will be held at the American University in Beirut, Lebanon from 1-12-2016 to 2-12-2016.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president was given a gift from the students of the faculty of specific education in Benha in appreciation for the university president who supports them during the inauguration of the exhibition which includes several creative artistic works. This event was in the frame of the university president's meeting with prof.Dr. Sayida Muhammad Sakr, the lecturer of the art department at the faculty of specific education. It is important to say that prof.Dr. Ramadan Muhammad, the faculty dean asserts that the university president inaugurated the exhibition last week in the presence of several faculty's professors.

There are also awards to be given to the best master thesis and doctoral dissertation in the previous fields. Prof. Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president decides to hold a monthly cultural saloon in Benha University. The university president urges the student activities officials to ask students about the cultural figures they nominee to be in this saloon that will be held at the conferences hall. Such saloons aim at maintaining the link with the students to know their opinions of what is happening in Egypt in different apparatuses.

In his meeting with the student activities officials and prof. Dr. Khalid Esawi, the general supervisor of the student activities in the university on Sunday, 28-11-2016, Prof. Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president stresses that the university leaders seek that students should participate in the different student activities in order to buff the character of Benha university's students, participate in developing his society, have many skills to help him face the requirements of life. The university president asserts that students should feel that they own the different facilities of the university in order to protect them. Finally, the university president indicates that the university wants to boost the student's confidence, get them away of the distracting environments where depression and indifference exist by increasing the student activities in all faculties.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president says that the students' activities should be activated to succeed. The university president's statement concurs with a workshop that let the researchers get to know the services of the Egyptian knowledge bank. This workshop was held in the faculty of nursing in the presence of prof.Dr Howayda Sadik, the faculty's dean. The university president goes on saying that the quality management system requires consistent development of the educational process to graduate efficient students who can participate in developing their own country.
