In its session No. 91, 13/10/2012; the Council of Benha University issued the following resolutions:
- Faculty members shall not force students to buy the book.
- Prevent the sale of any book has a sheet.
- The price of books shall be not exceeding 40 pounds according the resolution of the Council No. 64, 28/09/2010.
- Establish an outlet in each faculty to sell books.

Discounting the University Allowance for Faculty Members and in case of Absence without providing an Acceptable Excuse In its session No. 91, 13/10/2012; the Council of Benha University approved the following resolutions:
- Discounting one month from the University and Quality allowance for faculty members and assistants in case of absence of one lecturer without providing an acceptable excuse.
- Discounting the first term from the University and Quality allowance as well as withdrawing the course of faculty members and assistants in case of absence of two consecutive lectures.
