The university president says so during a ceremony to honor the top school students at the conference hall in Shubra-El-Khiema. The ceremony was held in the presence of general/ Amr Abd-EL-moniem, the governor of Qualubia and it was under the auspices of Engineer/ Abd-Salam EL-khadrawy, the parliament member of Shubra EL-Kheima.
