Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the approval of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to establish four new academic departments in the Faculty of Arts:

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, attended the closing activities of the scientific meeting between the radiology departments of Benha Medical School and Zagazig Medical School, organized by the radiology department at Benha Medical School. The meeting focused on training in the latest techniques for using ultrasound on the musculoskeletal system, held at the Skills and Medical Simulation Center at Benha University.

Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha University President has issued several decrees to appoint new heads of departments at several faculties as following; Dr.Naglaa Mohamed Abd El Gawad has been appointed as a head of History department at Faculty of Arts, Dr.Ibrahim Mohamed Rida has been appointed as a head of Cardiothoracic Surgery Department at faculty of Medicine and Dr.Nasser Ali Abd El Naby has been appointed as ahead of Arabic department at Faculty of Arts.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University inspected the various departments of the University Administration to see how it's going and he was accompanied by Dr.Abd El Qader Abd El Karim, the general coordinator of administrative quality and Ayman Bayoumy, the acting of the University Secretary. During his tour, El Gizawy stressed the importance of the presence of all personnel in the various departments from the next week.

Prof.Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President has opened new medical departments at Benha University's hospital where the total cost of new departments has been reached to 15 million pound and included the following departments ; Kidney department , Medium Care Unit , Neurosurgery department , Radiology department and Premature Nursery.

In accordance with the university's endeavor to hone the faculties' members' abilities in addition to maintaining the safety standards in the university's labs, the unit of labs and medical and scientific departments in the sector of the post-graduate studies organizes, under the auspices of prof.Dr. Gamal EL-Saeid, the University president, a workshop about the safety standards in the University's labs on Thursday, 13-2-2020 in Bank Misr hall at Benha University's main building
