Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the Fifth Annual Student Conference in Applied Sciences was inaugurated at the university.

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the Fifth Postgraduate Conference in Applied Sciences was inaugurated under the theme “Applied Sciences for a Smart, Healthy, and Sustainable Future.” The event is organized by the university's Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector and is held from May 5–6 at Dr. Hossam El-Attar Hall, Obour campus.

In line with Benha University's support for scientific research and its commitment to enhancing the role of postgraduate studies in addressing sustainable development issues, the university announces the organization of the Fifth Annual Postgraduate Conference in Applied Sciences (PGASC 2026).

This was attended by Prof. Jehan Abdel Hady, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Hisham Rashid, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and General Rapporteur of the Fourth Postgraduate Conference, Prof. Khaled Asyawi, General Coordinator of Student Activities at Benha University, along with several deans and deputies of faculties, faculty members, and students.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof. Rasha Ragheb, Executive Director of the National Training Academy, inaugurated an exhibition showcasing student projects in applied sciences. This event took place alongside the Fourth Conference for Graduate Studies in Applied Sciences at the university.

Prof. El-Gizawy is keen on transforming scientific ideas into practical applications that create added value in society and support an innovation-based economy.

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. Jehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research, welcomed Prof. Mohamed Al-Najjar, Dean of Research and postgraduate Studies at Applied Sciences Amman University in Jordan.

Under the patronage of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. El-Sayed Fouda, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Jehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, inaugurated yesterday the fourth scientific conference titled "Applied Sciences for Future Challenges and Sustainable Development," organized by the Faculty of Science. The event was attended by Prof. Mohamed Heikal, Dean of the faculty, the faculty's deputies, and several faculty members.

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the Faculty of Science is organizing its 4th scientific conference titled "Applied Sciences for Future Challenges and Sustainable Development," which will take place on Saturday and Sunday, December 21-22.
