The university president urges the employees to exert more effort to satisfy the citizens and provide them with high quality services.

On Tuesday yesterday, Benha University's leaders council has been held under the presidency of Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president. The meeting was attended by the vice presidents, the faculties' dean and several chancellors to discuss many topics regarding providing support the university hospitals and reinforcing the relationships between Egypt and the African countries.

The comprehensive convoy which is organized by Benha University has ended its activities at Tahla village in Qulubia. The convoy cures 1200 students in the preparatory school in the village of Tahla in addition to curing 700 inhabitants from the villagers and provide them the medicine needed. The convoy also conducts a check analysis of virus C and other diseases and it transfers the patients to the university hospitals in Benha University.

The university council under the presidency of prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president, thanks the university hospitals administration for the efforts exerted by the professors, the university's employees for taking care of the patients in the various departments in the hospitals. The university president says that always receives messages from the patients and their relatives in addition to expressing his happiness for the trust of the patients in the professors and the employees of the faculty of medicine for what they do serve the patients and the community.

Benha university hospitals receive 4500 patients during El-Adha Feast as there are 2449 patients in the emergency department and there are 299 patients who stay in the department of emergency in addition to conducting 63 surgeries. There are 62 surgeries that have been conducted in the department of obstetrics. Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president stresses that the patients trust professors of the faculty of medicine and its employees, that's why we all seek to develop the hospitals to meet the burdens in life.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-kady, the university president decides to establish services offices for the citizens who go to the university hospitals in order to solve their problems. EL-kady stresses that there will be many employees whom they are assigned by him to help the citizens in addition to referring the complaints and the suggestions of the citizens to the university president directly.

During his three- hour tour in the university hospital, prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president decides to give the employees in the university hospital a two-day bonus in appreciation of their efforts in the feast. The university president heaps praise on the way the employees treat the patients nicely in addition to congratulating them on the occasion of the feast.

Benha University honors the top women, in an unprecedented tradition, from the mothers of the martyrs of the armed forces, the police, the handicapped's mothers, the top students mothers, the faculties' members' mothers, the employees in the university hospitals and the university faculties.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady approves that 1.4 million L.E for the social solidarity fund should be provided to support the cadre of medical careers in the university hospitals in addition to providing the social solidarity fund dues. In case of the financial shortage, the money should be provided by the core resources of the education section.

In a phone call, prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-Kady, the university president asserts that the university hospitals are up and running and the hospitals are providing a quality healthcare to the patients. The university president says that the problem of the strike has been solved by contacting the dean of the faculty of nursing and the deputies of the faculty to provide those who do the job of nurses as per what has been agreed upon with the dean of the faculty of medicine, the faculties' deputies and the manager of the university hospitals.
