Cooperation between Benha University and the Embassy of Kuwait in Cairo

Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University received Dr. Farieh El Anzy, the Chancellor and Chairman of the Embassy of Kuwait in Cairo. The meeting has attended by Prof. Dr. Abdel Rahim Shulah, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches and Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students’ Affairs. The meeting handled the scientific cooperation between the University and the Embassy in scientific and research fields. It also handled the coordination of relations between the Kuwaiti universities and Benha University.

Under the Auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University - Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice President for Education and students affair - Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Ragih, the General Coordinator of students activities; the (Scientific Society Initiative) at The faculty of Medicine, Benha University hosts 23 students from Asian School for Medicine in Taiwan on Sunday 03/02/2013.

The training program to improve the efficiency of Management Information System (MIS) engineers has been started on Tuesday 29/01/2013.
The instructor of that training program is Dr. Essam El Sayed, the assistant lecturer at the faculty of Engineering in Shubra and the expert in databases at the Supreme Council of Universities. The training program includes:

- Design and Development of Applications by ASP.net
- Web Design Services

Upon recommendations of the University President about the self-assessment program; a meeting has been held under the presidency of the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches with the Projects Management Unit, Faculty and Leadership Development Center, and the Training Center of the General Department for Organization and Management to prepare the program and course.
The program will be held in the period from Tuesday, 29/01/2013 to Thursday, 31/01/2013, 09:00am at the Hall of the University Council.

Tomorrow Youth Society organizes Free Courses

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din – the President of Benha University, Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Rajeh, the General Coordinator of Student Activities; the General Department of Youth Care and Tomorrow Youth Society (shbab alghad) will organize free courses to rehabilitate the youth for the labor market and train students on computer, English, and communication. Courses will be started from 26/01/2013. Student will be granted a specialized certificate. Assuit University organizes the 15th training course on uses of electronic microscope in fields of research, diagnosis and industry especially nanotechnology fields for faculty members and the assistant authority who work at universities and hospitals as wells as researchers at research centers and companies in Egypt, Arab and foreign countries. Cooperation between Benha University and Adult Education Authority

Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University confirmed that the university provides all of its potentials as well as its human and financial resources to achieve the interests of the country at Qalyoubia.
He pointed out that the lack of resources should not be an obstacle before the sincerity in work to face illiteracy.
He added that the University confirms the importance of participation and contribution in national issues like the illiteracy.
