The Embassy of Oman in Cairo announces for scholarships of 2013/2014. The admission will be in higher education institutes inside the program as following:
- Institute of Islamic Sciences 65%.
- Higher College of Technology 80%.
- Colleges of Applied Sciences 80%.
- Sultan Qaboos Uinversity (except for the College of Medicine and Health Sciences).
Student, who will apply for the program, must translate his/her educational certificates to English or Arabic. Deadline for sending nominations is 25/08/2013.

Benha University announced for the admission requirements for English departments at the faculties of commerce, law, arts. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Rahim, the dean of the faculty of commerce confirmed that the minimum marks for applying to the English division are 40 in English. He also said that the faculty will accept 15% from regular students at the faculty.
