Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University announced that Benha University has issued a booklet in Arabic about E-portal activities and services and this is a part of a series of booklets that aim to documenting the University's activities and marketing its electronic services. El Gizawy added that E-portal of Benha University participated at providing many technological services for students and the teaching staff in an easy way. In addition, it is always developed in terms of design and content to keep up with the latest electronic portals.

According to Webometrics rankings in January 2018, Benha University has obtained 6th position in the ranking of the Egyptian universities; it also obtained the 20th position in the ranking of the Arab Universities, it obtains the 27th position in the ranking of the African universities and it obtains the 1802 position in the international ranking.

Under the auspices of prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the University president and prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research, Benha University participates in the first virtual employment forum which is organized by first Chance Company. Prof.Dr. Ghazi Assasa, the University president's chancellor of IT states that it is very important for the University to take part in such occasions to enhance the ranking of the University and Dr.Shady EL-Mashad, the head of E-portal states that anyone can register in this forum from 15-1-2018 to 15-2-2018.

In order to increase the awareness of final financial stand of Benha university and according to the instruction of prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president and the recommendations of anti-corruption national committee, the E-portal posts the financial budget of the financial year 2017/2018.

Benha University's delegation participates in Microsoft conference in the Nile Ritz hotel at Cairo on Monday, 20-3-2017 where the applications of Microsoft can be used in the university campus in the educational process. The conference is attended by prof.Dr. Nabil Hasan, the executive manager of the projects management administration in the ministry of higher education and Eng. / Tarek Ali, the ICTP official, prof.Dr. Ghazi Assasa, the executive manager of IT, prof.Dr. Lotfy Abu Salim, the head of the training project of IT, prof.Dr. Muhammad Muhammad Ghanem, the vice executive manager of IT, prof.Dr. Mazen Selim, the head of digital network, prof.Dr. Reda Omar, the Mis manger, prof.Dr.Shady EL-Mashad, the manager of the E-Portal and Eng. Ahmed Shibel, the engineer at the digital network.
