Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced that Stanford University has released a list of names of the " Top 2% of Scientists in the World", totalling more than 217,000 scientists from 167 countries classified in 22 scientific fields, divided into 176 specialties based on the Scopus database. 25 scholars from the university have appeared in various scientific fields as indicated in the following link: https://elsevier.digitalcommonsdata.com/data.../btchxktzyw/7.
Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa , Benha University President has honored Dr. Hala Jamal Al Daous , the Lecturer at Health and Veterinary Care Department after winning the 2021 Japan International Award for Young Agricultural Researchers , which provided by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF). The meeting was held in presence of Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice President for Post graduate Studies and Scientific Research and Dr.Amany Abbas, The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine dean.
Prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of the post-graduate studies and research states that prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president has endorsed the fund of the research proposals of the young researchers. There are 15 researchers in the different faculties' in Benha University.
Benha University leader's council honors the winning students in the sixth young researcher's conference which is held in Aswan University from 5-2-2017 to 7-2-2017. It is important to say that Benha University participates with seven researches in the fields of medicine, science, engineering, agricultural, computer and informatics. The students who participate in the conference are as following; student/ Ahmed Yasser from the faculty of science, student/ Amany Muhammad from the faculty of education, the students / Mona Red and Ayman Gamil from the faculty of agriculture, the students/ Yasser Mahmoud and Muhammad Ahmed from the faculty of engineering and student / nourhan Muhammad from the faculty of applied arts.
Prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and researches states that the period of presenting the competitive research projects of the young Researchers will be extended to the fifth round in the middle of February 2017. This bulletin aims at helping the researchers and gives them an equal chance to fund their research project.
Prof.Dr. Hesham Abu El-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research states that it has been approved, in the university council in 29-11-2016 headed by prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president, to fund the research projects of the young researchers in Benha University. He adds that the fund will be increased to the amount of 200,000 L.E for the single research and there will at least 10 competitively- selected research projects that will be funded. Prof.Dr. Maher Hasb-EL- Nabi, the university president's chancellor of scientific research says that funding the research projects aims at developing the research capabilities in scientific research. For those interested in applying to research projects funding, they have to sign up in the scientific research application that will be created by the IT Portal team in January, 2017 for 30 days.
Prof.Dr. Hesham Abu-El-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research announces that the faculty and leadership development center holds courses to the young researchers about the ethics and the methodology of scientific research to develop their research abilities. Prof.Dr. Alaa Metwaly, the head of the center says that the course started from 15-11-2016 and to 17-11-2016. Prof.Dr. Alaa Metwaly, the head of the center says that these courses is in the frame of maintaining the link between the staff members and the students stressing that many courses about effective communication will be held soon and the professors of the faculty of education will deliver the lectures in these courses.
Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University said during the University 2nd Scientific Excellence Day that we seek to a significant shift to benefit from the scientific researches in the development and innovation referring to the importance of the scientific research in all fields to serve the nation.
