The first T.V channel interviews Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, Benha university president on Monday, 25-9-2017 to talk about the beginning of the new academic year and its preparations in addition to other university-related issues.

The unit of strategic planning is very active as the new academic year begins. The plans-revising committees hold its meetings to revise the strategic plans of the faculty of law and the faculty of commerce after revising the plan of the faculty of nursing in addition to conducting many activities according to the statements of prof.Dr. Gamal Abd EL-Aziz, the head of the strategic planning unit in Benha University.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-Kady, the university president allots one million pounds to fund 40 researches in order to serve the community and solve the problems that the community suffers from in addition to allotting one million and half to fund 5 research projects which serve the big projects of the state. This statement concurs with the El-Kady 's presidency of the first university's council in the academic year on Thursday's night in the presence of the vice presidents and the faculties' deans.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president stresses that the university and its fifteen faculties end all the preparations of the new academic year 2017/2018. El-kady adds that everything is up and running in each faculty to make sure that the new academic year is going very well.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president congratulates the students on their success heaping praise on their effort. He also congratulates the parents of the students stressing that the students' success is the result of their parents support. At last, he promises them with an excellent academic year that is better than the former academic year on the different apparatuses.

Prof.Dr. Ghazi Assasa, the university president's chancellor of IT and his deputy prof.Dr. Muhammad Ghanem, prof.Dr. Lotfy Abu Salim, the head of training administration inspect the project that MIS holds to the faculties' members and the university's unit to train them to use the system of post-graduate studies of the academic year 2017/2018.

The faculty of informatics and computer science in Benha University announces the results of the academic year and the success rate of the students is 97.9% and the success rate of computer science is 86%.

The faculty of arts reveals the results of the academic year and the success rate is 80.1 %. Prof.Dr. Abeer EL-Rabat, the faculty's dean says that the departments announce their top students as follows:

In the frame of the cooperation protocol between the university and “Misr el-Kheer” organization under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the acting president of the university, a team has been collected to carry out the protocol under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Gamal Sosa, the general supervisor of the university hostels, this team was headed by prof. Dr. Ali Ghalil, the supervisor of the Kafr-Saad hostels.
