Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the evaluation phase for the University's faculties has commenced. This initiative is part of their preparations to compete in the fourth edition of the Government Excellence Award 2025, organized by the Ministry of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation, which serves as the coordinator for the Arab Government Excellence Award in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

From January to September 2025, Benha University's Unified Government Complaints System received 4,705 complaints, requests, and appeals (3,870 individual complaints and 835 university-related complaints). 97.93% of these were reviewed and processed according to complaint investigation protocols before being forwarded to relevant authorities for resolution.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the University organized a training course for Government Excellence Ambassadors from various faculties and their assistants, in preparation for the Government Excellence Award. The training was conducted by Prof. Mervat Qazman, a training expert for government excellence awards.

The Ministry of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation announces the launch of the fourth edition of the Arab Government Excellence Award 2025 and opens the nomination process for various institutional and individual categories, which will remain open until the end of August 2025.

Benha University President assured on raising capabilities of the Unified Governmental Complaints System at Benha University to keep pace with various events and changes.
