Prof.Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communication received Benha University delegation under auspices of Prof. Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President to study establishing Digital Innovation Training Center . Benha University has achieved a new sport accomplishment and wins 12 different medals at the special needs contest in Alexandria. The ministry of youth organized this contest under this motto “the impediment is a blessing not an obstacle” in cooperation with the ministry of higher education. The ministry of finance approves to provide the university's hospital with the money needed to get the drugs and the medical requirements needed to provide quality healthcare services to the citizens. The ministry pays 17.6 million L.E according to what the university's assistant secretary of the financial affairs has said.

The students of Benha University get ten medals at the competition of the Egyptian universities in Alexandria. This competition was from Monday to Thursday and it was organized by the ministry of youth and sport and there were 22 Egyptian universities who participated in this contest. Prof.Dr. Moshbeh El-kehily, the general manager of the youth care at the university said that the students get five golden medals, three bronze medals and two silver medals in the athletic games and table tennis. Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president asserts that students should practice sport and the university totally supports the handicapped as they are role models for the students.
On Tuesday, 22-11-2016, the final ceremony was held to honor the winners in “Tamkin 3” contest under the auspices of the ministry of communications and information technology.
