The University Council of Benha, chaired by Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, the university president, honored Dr. Abdul Mo' men Shams El-Qarnifli, the former Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts. The acknowledgment was received on his behalf by Dr. Sayed Al-Malqi, the acting Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, in recognition of his efforts and contributions throughout his tenure as dean over the past years.

El Saeed also appointed Omar Mohamed Monieb as the general manager for Public Relations and Media. El Saeed also issued a decree for Houida Fawzy Ahmed as the acting secretary at Faculty of Arts .El Saeed assured that the University is keen on completing its academic and administrative structures of the university in the frame of the University plan and very fast
