Mr. President/ Abd El-Fattah EL-Sisi inaugurates the proceedings of Cairo ICT fair as there are 500 companies that take part in it and Dr. Islam Sharaway, the head of the E-services at Benha university portal participates with the “acoustic shield” which targets people with specific needs.

“Cairo” Channel hosts Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president in a program that is moderated by Mr. Hala Farouk on Tuesday, 30-10-2017 to discuss and the services that Benha University provides to the public.

Prof. Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president hosts, in his office on Wednesday morning, prof.Dr. Mona bent Mousa EL-zedgally, the Omani cultural attaché in Cairo. This meeting is attended by prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail and prof.Dr. Hesham Abu El-Enin, several faculties' members and Mr. Wahid Khalawy, the general secretary of the university. This meeting discusses many Omani students related issues who study in Benha University.

After his word, Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president honors five scientists in the field of chemistry by giving them the armor of Benha University as follows: prof.Dr. Muhammad Youssef EL-Kady, prof.Dr. Saad Hasan, prof.Dr. Mahasen Saad Amin, prof.Dr. Galal EL-Gemiey and prof.Dr. Farouk Fahmy. The forum is attended by prof.Dr. Abd EL-Azim Mehna, the faculty's dean and prof.Dr. Alaa Amin, the head of chemistry department and the rapporteur of the forum.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-Kady, the university president meets with the Kuwaiti national delegation of accreditation and quality assurance in presence of the chancellor/ Ahmed EL-Meteri, the Kuwaiti cultural chancellor in Cairo and they discuss the required procedures to achieve a quality educational process in the university's faculties. The faculty of nursing wins the first place over the other faculties of nursing in Egypt. Prof.Dr. Howyda Sadik, the faculty's dean says that the faculty participates in the student's conference at Cairo University. Many students are honored because they win the first place in the competition that takes place in the conference. Benha University participates in Microsoft Developers conference 2017 at the American University in Cairo from18-3-2017 to 19-3-2017. The university is represented by prof.Dr. Ghazi Assasa, the executive manager of IT, prof.Dr. Islam Saharawi, the head of the E- Services unit, prof.Dr. Amr El-Awamry, the supervisor of the IT units, prof.Dr. Lotfy Abu Salim, the head of the training project of IT and Eng/ Ahmed Zagzog at the digital network.

Benha university participated with a delegation included prof. Dr. Ayman Samir, the coordinator of the Japanese relationship in the university, prof. Dr. Islam Hanafy of the faculty of veterinary medicine and prof. Dr. Muhammad Reda samir of the faculty of engineering. This delegation was in the ceremony of the JICA to honor the researchers who obtain their MA Degrees from Japanese universities in the presence of the Japanese ambassador in Cairo.

The Faculty of Arts, Cairo University will hold the Regional Conference of the Geography Department under the title of “the role of geography in the problems of our Arab world” in the duration from 07/03/2017 to 09/03/2017.
