The Medical Activities Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education, in collaboration with the Supreme Council of Universities, is launching a competition among specialized colleges in Egyptian universities to design a logo for the Student Activities Sector of the ministry. This initiative aims to affirm the identity of student activities and achieve the goal of building an aware generation.

Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has approved the timeline for conducting student union elections in universities for the academic year 2024/2025.

In the presence of Prof.Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof.Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, participated in the celebration of the launch of the "Empowerment" initiative, implemented by the ministry in collaboration with the global "Hope Givers" campaign. The initiative aims to raise awareness of the rights and responsibilities of students with disabilities within Egyptian universities and to provide equal opportunities for them.

The sector of the cultural affairs and the scholarships in the ministry of higher education launches the cultural contest of the Universities and institutions' students of the academic year 2019-2020. This contest will be held in cooperation with the ministry of environment and the topics will be environment- related ones that aim at achieving the sustainable development goals set forth in Egypt's vision 2030 of sustainable development
