Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, welcomed Prof. Ayman El-Shahaby, Governor of Damietta and former Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra, on the sidelines of discussing a master's thesis submitted by a researcher from the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra at the university. The meeting was attended by Prof. Mohamed Said, Dean of the Faculty, along with the faculty's vice deans and professors.

Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Kalyobiya, Prof. Ayman Al-Shahabi, Governor of Damietta, and Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, inaugurated the activities of the "First Employment and Professional Development Forum," under the slogan "Launching Towards the Future." This event was organized by the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, in cooperation with the University Career Development Center.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, along with Prof. Ayman El-Shahabi, a professor at the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra, and the Governor of Damietta, who specializes in Geomatics Engineering, participated in the launch of the project to update land and urban management education in the Southern Mediterranean. This project is funded by the European Union under the Erasmus Plus program and involves a consortium of 10 universities and institutes from five countries: Croatia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Jordan, Morocco, and Egypt.

The University Council of Benha, chaired by Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, the university president, honored Dr. Ayman El-Shihabi, the Governor of Damietta and former Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra, in recognition of his efforts during his deanship at the Faculty of Engineering.
