Under the leadership of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the university has joined the international conference hosted by the Law Academy of Wuhan University, China, titled “The Global System, International Law, and the Future of Pluralism”. The event, held from October 18–19, 2025, commemorates the 80th anniversary of the United Nations and highlights contributions to strengthening international law and fostering global cooperation.

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. Jehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research, inaugurated the virtual international summer school organized by Benha University in collaboration with Wuhan University in China.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, received a delegation from Wuhan University in China, led by Prof. Jiang Pengyuan, President of the university. The delegation included the Dean of the Graduate Studies College, the Director of the Main State Laboratory, the Chair of the College of Economics and Management, the Dean of the International Education College, the Deputy Executive Director of the Office of International Affairs, and the Director of the Administration Office at Wuhan University.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. Zhang Pingwen, President of Wuhan University in China, and Mr. Fan Qi Qiang, Vice President of Viber Home Communications Technology Company, signed agreements for joint cooperation and the enhancement of training opportunities.

Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University discussed online with Professor .Dou Xiankang, Wuhan University President the granted scholarships from both Universities at various specialties. The meeting was held online in presence of Dr.Aref Soliman, Faculty of Engineering dean, Dr.Mustafa Rashid, faculty of Commerce dean and Dr.Hala Helmy Zayed, Faculty of Computer and Artificial Intelligence dean.

DrGamal El Saeed , Benha University President assured on the necessity of activating international relationship between Benha University and Wuhan University to benefit from their experience at facing Corona Virus and the used medication method to reduce the severity of Corona Virus .He also added that a meeting via video conference system between medical teams which included; 10 professors from Benha University and six professors from Wuhan University had been held to transfer Chinese experiences in confronting Corona virus in terms of diagnostic methods, isolation, preventing the spread of infection within society and how to protect medical teams as well as the adopted methods of treatment in accordance with the Chinese medical protocols, which have proven its effectiveness in the last experiments

Under the auspices of prof.Dr. Khalid Abd EL-Gafer, the minister of higher education, prof.Dr. Abd EL-Moniem EL-Banna, the minister of agriculture and land reclamation, general / Mahmoud Ashmawy, the governor of EL-Qulubia, prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the University president, prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies, Benha University holds the Sino-Egyptian conference from 7-10-2017 to 10-10-2017.
Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady stresses that he invites the Universities which has participated in the Silk Road Universities meeting. He also says that the importance of the Sino-Egyptian conference lies in the great attention of the Egyptian president and the Egyptian policy to diversify the relationships of Egypt with all countries in the world.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president and the accompanying delegation sign a cooperation protocol with Wuhan University in presence of prof.Dr. Muhammad Abu Salim, the dean of the faculty of veterinary medicine, prof.Dr. Mahmoud Magraby, the dean of the faculty of agriculture, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the acting dean of the faculty of applied arts and prof.Dr. Osama Ezat, the former deputy of the faculty of faculty of engineering at Shubra. The university president says that the cooperation protocol allows Benha University to get three or five MA and PhD scholarships specialized in remote sensing, IT, students and faculty's members exchange and he stresses that the fields of researches are determined according to what has been agreed upon between both universities and the cooperation protocol is also about enhancing the cooperation between the both universities in engineering, scientific research, scholarships, students training and the other research projects.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the accompanying delegation and prof.Dr. Hussein Ibrahim, the Egyptian cultural chancellor in China started their tour in China by visiting Wuhan University as they were received by the vice president of Wuhan University. Prof.Dr. Hazem Eliwa, the member of the international relationship office of Benha University asserts that the university delegation visited five Chinese universities to sign mutual protocols and attend the conference of the Egyptian/ Chinese relationship in the agricultural universities in Wuhan. Prof.Dr. Hussein Ibrahim, the Egyptian cultural chancellor in China received Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, prof.Dr. Muhammad Abu Salim, the dean of the faculty of veterinary medicine, prof.Dr. Mahmoud Magraghbi, the dean of the faculty of agriculture, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the acting dean of the faculty of applied arts and prof.Dr. Osama Ezat, the deputy of educational affairs at the faculty of engineering in Shubra. The university president says that prof.Dr. Ashraf El-Shihy, the minister of higher education and prof.Dr. Hassam El-Milahy, the minister's first assistant of the cultural relationship and scholarships says that the minister pays a great attention to this visit as it will have an enormous impact on Benha University.
