Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, received the Basic Sciences Sector Committee of the Supreme Council of Universities, chaired by Prof. Sayed El-Sharkawy, with the attendance of Prof. Gehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Mohamed Heikal, Dean of the Faculty of Science at Benha University, along with deans of science faculties from across the republic and members of the expert and planning committees. This visit is part of Benha University's active role in supporting and developing the higher education system.

Under the auspices of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Dr. Mostafa Refaat, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities, and supervised by Dr. Omar Mohamed, Director of the Technological and Knowledge Services Center, Prof.Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, chaired the proceedings of the trainer accreditation course at the National Center for Training and Leadership Development of the Supreme Council of Universities.

The meeting was chaired by Prof.Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and attended by Major General Akram Galal, Governor of Ismailia; Prof.Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University; and Prof.Dr. Mostafa Rafea, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities.

The council announced the academic calendar for the new academic year 2025/2026:

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, welcomed the Accreditation Committee for Training Centers from the Supreme Council of Universities, headed by Prof. Mohamed Hassan Jadallah, Director of the Central Training Unit at the Supreme Council of Universities, along with his accompanying delegation. This meeting took place on the sidelines of the renewal of accreditation for the Information Technology Training Unit and the Commercial Studies and Research Center at the Faculty of Commerce.
