This study was conducted on thirty-five children, classified into two groups :1-included tewenty five children infected with schistosoma mansoni.2-included ten healthy children as controls.The two groups were subjected to the following :-1- full history taking.2- Full clinical assessment.3- Laboratory investigation :a-stool analysis for detection of schistosomiasis ova.b-liver function tests.c- detection for circulating cathodic antigen by schisto-fast test. |
