The Purpose Of the present study is to design a reading programme for developing some reading skills in English among primary pupils. To achieve this purpose , tools of the study were prepared and administered . A questionnaire was designed by the researcher for identifying pupil’s reading skills . A reading test was also prepared and administered by the researched to measure the effect of the suggested programme in developing some pupils’ reading skills. It was administered to the sample (Fourth grade primary : two groups ; the experimental N = 40 and the control group N = 43 ) prior to and after experimenting the program as a pre-post test . |
