The present study has successfully defined atechnique for the culture of gallbladder epithelial for the culture of gallbladder epithelial cells .further investigation is required to clarify and develop the findings of this work and to study gallbladder function more specifically the following topics require further experimental work:1-enzyme activity both in medium and cultured tissue with cytochemical localization of different enzymes as the functional aspects of different organelles may be important for the study of diaeased gallbladder this may also clarify the difference in lysosomal enzyme activities2-biochemical estimation of glycogen with study of glucogen synthesis using [14c.]
