When we compare our results of tendon suture with other series we found that:Jimmay and association (1988) gave the best results this may be due to the age of patient was varied between 60 years so the patients cooperative post operative with his proper physiotherapy programme also he used modif Kessler technique for tendon suture which gave mimimal car formation one case only with digital synovities so adhesion ormation and scar contracture was minimal with good range if flexion at the interphalangeal joint than other series backer (1978)gave the least results when compare with other series this msy be due to inproper immoblizat on and also may be due to repair of both tendon even in one it with more adhesion formation and limition of inter halangeal joints flexion.
