Low back pain (LBP) is not only amajor medical problem the most common up to 80% of the population is expeeted to perience back pain at leas once in their lifetimeLBP is the number one causes of disability in persons younger in 45 years in the industrialized countries fuctional disability caused by LBP has amajor influence on ality of life as well as its economic aspects many publications have dealt with the factors suspected to play role in the occurrence or clinical different natures including psychosocial behavioral characteristics and physical capabilities psychological factors are dominant in the presentation of ronic low back pain in aduils and disorder is not primarily a jsculoskeletal one .Objective measurement of lumbar function has been shown to effective in evaluating and treating patients with non specific bak in such an approach contrasts with the traditional reliance on the tients decreasing pain symptoms to indicate recovery objective easurement relies instead on quantitative data even with persistent in to demonstrate of function a droub of fifty patients with chronic non specific back subjected.
