Plant growth hormones ( regulators ) are widely used in many countries to increase the growth of fruits and vegetables, by controlling the development, maturation, ripping and falling of fruits.Cytokinin prolonged the storage life and retained the green colouration of some green or leafy vegetables. It also regulates plant cell division.In the present study, the animals were classified into two groups ( 60 animals for each) as lollows:Group ( 1 )In which 30 animals received single oral dose of cytokinin ( 10 ppm ) and 30 animals received an equal single oral dose of distilled water and served as control. After two days, one week and two weeks 10 experimental and 10 control animals were scarified.
