The following information aims to increase awareness of this social problem and strengthen both adults and children by providing information about child sexual abuse. It is also a crime that we can go some way to prevention by ensuring that adults and children haveinformation about it and strategies to deal with the risk.The present study was designed to examine the reports of child sexual abuse that had been received at medico legal region of great Cairo from January 1st 2000 to December 31st 2006 .All reports reviewed for personal data of victim and offender, examination of victim, investigations done to victim and relationshipbetween victim and offender.The results of the present study revealed the following results: 1-Males are more than females.2-All age groups are affected from one day to 18 years old, but the (6-12 years) group was the most common.3-The rates between males and females are close in the first six years of life, pubertal female children are more likely to be sexually assaulted thanpubertal male children.4-All socioeconomic classes are affected, but the low class was the most affected class.5-The most affected children are off-school.6-The most affected victims were abused by one abuser.
