Surgery by excision ofsafety margin and covering theeither by a graft or a flapbest method of treatment, as itpreserves both function and cosmosisare availablebasal cellof the lesion.fitness forthe tumour n’ithresulting defectis considered theof theandpartmaintains95with a success rate up to 95% in comparison with theother methods of treatment. as the success rate reaches67 % with curettage and electrodesiccation,90 ,3 % withradiation. 91.8 % with cryosurgery. 60 - 90 % with bothimmunotherapy and topical therapy with 5- flouroura.ciland it reaches 82 % with laser beam irradiation.A cure rate which reaches up to 98 % lS achieved bychemosurgery. but this technique is tasky and needsspecial training. |
