In this study 100 patients were included, 40 of them are diabetics é autonomic neuropathy and antoher 40 are diabetics é out autonomicneuropathy autonomic on addition 20 subjects as a control group wereJetOC~toiillgiflOg NNISe ifMtlit;11 test toasses the prevalence of silent myocardial icchemia in diabeticsautonomic neuropathy after assesment of autonomic neuropathy by clinical tests. We found that 22 subjects from 40 diabetics é autonomic neuropathy having silent myocardial ischaemia and only 2 from another 40 diabetics without autonomic neuropathy having silent myocardial ischaemia. We noticed that there is a correlation between the duration of D.M and the signs and symptoms of autonomic neuropathy.
