Conclusions and Recommendationsfrom this study, we concluded that:This study makes sure that women with PCOS have atherogenic lipoprotein profile characterized by increase cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides especially in obese group which may be a risk factor for developing of cardiovascular complication later on life.The following recommendations should be considered:1. follow-up program for patients with PCOS are essential for prevention of the hazard of coronary heart disease.2. Further prospective studies on larger number of patients and longer duration may be needed to document these conclusions in patients with PCOS.
